We founded Thomas Nicholas in 2009 to provide a "one stop shop" when it comes to residential mortgage advice. Our aim is to simplify the mortgage process, to get you the finance you need.
At Thomas Nicholas, we’ll guide you through each step of the moving process. We’ll find the right mortgage deal for you, liaise with the solicitors and estate agents, and even help you with removals.
We’ll also give you the peace of mind that you, your income, and your family are protected should the worst happen.
Our fees
For online moving advice, we’re completely fee-free*. Our service is funded by lenders, so whether you’re looking to move or improve your home, we won’t charge you a penny.
The services we charge for are “specialist loans” which require just a little bit more time and expertise to get over the line. Click here to find out more.
* Our fee-free residential mortgage advice is subject to a minimum loan size of £75,000. In the instance of loan amounts below £75,000 we will need to charge an administration fee of £295.
